Two men have died following a workplace incident in County Down, Northern Ireland. The tragedy occurred on Wednesday afternoon when the workers became trapped in a trench during excavation works.
Emergency services, including police, fire, and ambulance crews, were called to the scene in the Portglenone area. Despite the efforts of first responders, both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
